This sauce was voted best hot sauce in Berlin in 2022. Featured at Bräugier Ostkreuz,, Pfefferhaus Berlin, and Taco Tales Mercado, this recipe has some of everything.  The beauty of Habanero, plus complexity and flavours as unique as the city it was created in.  Two weeks fermented.  Goes with anything, but we recommend it on Pizza, Döner, mixed with Mayo to dip fries in, or in place of whatever you use your hot sauce for.  Add to your Mexikaners and Bloody Marys for an adventure.
